Christmas Delivery 2024 - our usual dispatch time ( see below) is 4 working days, but at busy times we try to dispatch quicker if possible. As with previous years, the delivery network experiences delays at this time of year, so please bear in mind when ordering. Once the item has been dispatched, we no long have control over delivery times or delays. 

Royal Mails' last day for 2nd class posting is 18th December.  Orders received by midnight 15th Dec will be dispatched in time for this deadline. 

Orders received after 15th Dec and before 4pm Friday 20th Dec will be dispatched ASAP and no later than Sat 21st Dec. 

Orders after Friday 20th December (4pm) will not be dispatched until 28th Dec. 

Please note Towner is closed 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th Dec, and 1st Jan. 

Delivery address - it is the buyer responsibility to ensure a correct and full delivery address is provided. We regret we won't be able to help with lost / missing parcels that arise for inaccurate / incomplete address. 

Delivery charges UK- Free delivery on *orders £225.00 and over. (& Free delivery Art Store Tour vouchers, *exemptions apply see below ) Most deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. 

Orders up to £39.99 - p&p £4.50 (not tracked Royal Mail 2nd class)

Order £40 to £74.99 - p&p £5.50 ( tracked on £49 and over)

Order £75 to £139.99 - p&p £6.50 (tracked service)

Orders £140 to £224.99 - p&p £7.50 (tracked service)

Orders over £225 - p&p FREE (tracked)

'Artists Editions' prints - packing & posting charges apply - £15.00 tracked service for UK. please email for overseas rates on Artists Editions.

Dispatch times - We currently dispatch within 4 working days*. (Artists Edition prints may take 7 days -  see print description for details) (* working days- Mon - Fri)

International shipping rates will be available to view at checkout stage.

Payment - we accept payment by credit card.

'Out of Stock' / low stock items - We endeavour to keep the shop stocked up regularly, however sometimes items may appear temporarily out of stock, (or show low availability on quantity) Please email us if you have a specific stock requirement and we will do our best to help.
