Delivery address - it is the buyer responsibility to ensure a correct and full delivery address is provided. We regret we won't be able to help with lost / missing parcels that arise for inaccurate / incomplete address. 

Delivery charges UK- Most deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service. ( this excludes Custom Print see below) Free delivery Art Store Tour vouchers, *exemptions apply see below ) 

Orders up to £39.99 - p&p £4.50 

Order £40 to £74.99 - p&p £5.50 

Order £75 to £139.99 - p&p £6.50 (tracked / signed service)

Orders £140 and over  - p&p £7.50 (tracked / signed service)

Custom Prints - shipping is applied separately, and charged by weight. Shipping will be calculated when delivery address is input.  Custom Prints are fulfilled by a third party, and are sent via tracked service. Please note - due to the bespoke nature of these prints, once paid for they are non-refundable. (This does not effect your statutory rights)

Dispatch times - We currently dispatch within 4 working days*. Custom Prints dispatch is 5 - 6 working days (working days- Mon - Fri) 

International Shipping - We are currently unable to offer this service. 

Payment - we accept payment by credit card. 

Refunds - please see About Us section. 

'Out of Stock' / low stock items - We endeavour to keep the shop stocked up regularly, however sometimes items may appear temporarily out of stock, (or show low availability on quantity) Please email us if you have a specific stock requirement and we will do our best to help.
