Custom Print service information. 

Product information - Our Custom Print service offers reproduction prints printed, framed and sent directly to your  chosen delivery address, by our partner King & McGaw from their print studio in Sussex.

Custom Prints are inkjet printed using light-fast UV cured pigment inks  on matt smooth 250gsm conservation digital paper.

We offer a range of framing options:

Black, painted solid ash showing the grain of the wood
White, painted solid ash showing the grain of the wood
Natural, solid wood with oak veneer and wax finish

All frames are handmade and hand-finished in Sussex, UK. Window mounts are made from 600 microns thick, acid-free cotton core and the glazing is 2mm continuous cast acrylic for safety, optical clarity and UV protection. Cast acrylic is also recyclable.

Returns and refunds for Custom Print service - Due to the bespoke nature of these prints, once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded if you change your mind.  This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Custom Print delivery - shipping charges are calculated at check out, and are based on size and weight. Dispatch is normally within 5 - 6 working days (working days- Mon - Fri) The last date for Christmas 2025 orders is - Monday 8th December.
