Christmas delivery information 2025

Our usual dispatch time is up to 4 working days, and we dispatch sooner if we are able to. (Custom Print is usually 5 to 6 working days) Please bare in mind the delivery network is always very busy at this time of year, and so delays may occur once the item has left Towner. 

Last orders for Christmas delivery - (all product except Custom print service)           Orders up to 12 noon, Wednesday 17th December will be dispatched in time to meet Royal Mails last posting day for Tracked 48 service. Orders placed after noon 17th Dec, up to noon 19th Dec will be dispatched by AM 20th Dec.

After Christmas - our next dispatch day will be 30th December ( for orders to 28th Dec)

Custom Print service -last orders for Christmas delivery is Monday 8th December. After this date orders will still be processed asap, but may not arrive for Christmas. 

Placing an order - When ordering please take time to double check all information is correct, and that the correct shipping address has been input, as we are required to ship to the address given on the order. We are unable to help with delayed / missing parcels that arise from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.  

However we do realise errors can occur, so If you have placed a confirmed and paid order, but there is an error on it please email (below) and we will do our very best to help, provided the order is not already packed/dispatched. For Custom Print service - as this is a bespoke service, once an order is paid and confirmed we are unable to amend, refund or exchange. (this does not affect your statutory rights)
